Video freezes intermittently

I'm running into issues where every 15-20 mins my movie is freezing.  Pressing 'b' to back out and then immediately resuming play gets the video up and running again where it froze.

Happens whether I'm watching a 480p, 720p, 1080p mkv.

My Plex Media Server is running off a i5 Macbook Pro and wired gigabit network.

Anyone else experiencing this issues with the Xbox One Plex native app?

I'm having this issue as well. It comes up with a screen saying it's lost connection to the server. Pressing B goes back to the video and most the time it resumes playing. Sometimes it doesn't but stopping and restarting will work. Typically only happens once per show.

Windows server 2012 running Plex 0.9.11.4, gigabit ethernet.

You have a problem with Video freezes intermittently and its due to the cache of the Xbox One. You needs to clear the cache and https://windowserrors.org/clear-cache-on-xbox-one-xbox-360-ps4-steam-verify/ help to clear cache. This guide also help to clear cache in Xbox 360 and PS4 as well.

Is that your site? Its typed in the same broken english your post is. And if you clear cache how can it save the temp files? Temp files are cache
