Startup takes FOREVER
I frequently have to kill the processes as it just hangs.
selecting a library (Movies, TV, etc) usually just hangs with a spinning icon that usually results in “Something went wrong
An unexpected error occurred.”

Are you running Plex Media Server as a Windows service? If so, it might be something with that. Try running PMS normally, not as a service and see if you get the same crashes.
Same has been happening to me lately. I just double click the Plex Media Server .exe after it’s installed. Also I’ve noticed that when this happens the CPU usage goes to 25-30%.
No idea how to run it as a service – its just a does a normal startup when windows boots.
This is a problem, a major one. Would be nice to get help troubleshooting it.
