Last few upgrades cause tuner to fail (1.18.2.2058)

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058 (or x.2041 or x.2029)
Player Version#: PMP v2.45 and Plex for Win v1.4.1

I have a QNAP and a Windows Plex server with separate HDHR tuners. The last few upgrades on Windows have killed the live view. Rolling back the Windows version to 1.18.1.2019 fixes the problem.

Whenever I try to tune a channel the Player will try for a few seconds then give this message without ever showing a picture.
