Last shield plex update broke iOS app’s ability to control plex.

Since the update of plex 6.1.0.2997, the iOS plex app no longer shows the time on the scraper changing as a file is played back on the TV. It’s stuck. Trying to pause, scrape, or stop play back causes the plex app on the shield to crash every time.

Forgot to add that only the shield plex app has changed in all this to 6.11.0.2997.

Just reverted back to 6.10.2.2954, the release version, and all works normally again. Most definitely something wrong with 6.11.0.2997 in this regard.

Hey @audiomixer, thanks for reporting!
I was able to reproduce the issue where the time doesn’t change, but not the crash on the Shield. Could you upload logs from the Shield so we can find the problem? Thanks!

Well actually the shield only crashes when you try and kill shield playback via the iOS device. I’ve rolled back to an older release of plex 6.10.2.2954 which works just fine so I’m sure the logs are gone.
Do you have a link on how to submit logs with the shield?

Good, I’ll try this again. So if the shield plex app crashes, are the logs still sent?

The latest beta 6.11.0.3058 should fix the issue. Let us know if you encounter any more problems!

ok, I will install it and let you know. Thank you.
Yup, function restored. Its working again.
