After updating to the latest plex media server, I was informed during the update that the media source was changing and that the old sources soon would no longer be supported. After the update, I found that all the posters for my movies and TV shows had changed, even the ones I had customized with images I had previously downloaded from URL’s I had thought this change would only affect newly added content, but it seems to have wiped the meta data that was in the DB and started over. I had to spend hours fixing my poster selections for all my content.
