Last update Synology won't work via browser

Hello DEVs. Last update won`t work and i cannot play movies through web Browser. When i downgrade, it works fine. Logs say nothing! NAS Synology. Previously version works fine too. Thx.

Logs will show what’s happening

May I see the DEBUG (not VERBOSE) logs which capture what’s happening?

  1. Verify DEBUG logging on , VERBOSE logging off, SAVE
  2. Start Playback
  3. Let it fail
  4. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  5. Attach the ZIP for review

I do see what’s happening.

There is a problem (selective bug) with PMS 4.53.0
The problem happens on slower processors.
Engineering is working on the problem. I do not know when it will be resolved.

The server and plex/web player don’t register quickly enough.
The “PLAYER” status is never set as valid.

If you notice, you can play on your TV ?
You can also play on a mobile device.

This is only a problem with slower/older processors such as the one you’re using on your XPEnology system.

But PLEX on LG TV and WEB PLAYERS in previous update works fine.
INTEL Core i3-4130 it`s not slow processor for transcoding i guess) Am i wrong?
