I had the same thing with Android 12, but it was fine on my wife’s Android 15 phone. I’ve downgraded the Plex app on my phone to get it working again.

Where did you find a legit copy of the older software? Not on google play store…

For WAN connections. Go to Avatar / Downloads / Settings and Disable WiFi only

I downgraded using APKmirror and like magic Plex works again. No more surprise POS auto-updates breaking things for me thanks.
