I removed the movies not being picked from the folder
I restarted the server, no change…
Which log(s) do you need to diagnose?

Verify:    DEBUG ON - VERBOSE OFF  (Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced) 
Restart PMS 
Wait 60 seconds for all modules to start and logs to stabilize 
**Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs 
Attach the ZIP please. 
 
There are two possible conditions:
More than 8192 directories (folders) being monitored and exceeding the default Linux table size (we can easily adjust it)

The issue was related to permissions after the last update access to the folder was unchecked for whatever reason, see thread below:

I run PLEX (lifetime pass holder) on a SYNOLOGY NAS DS918+. Following a recent update, I can’t access my media, with an ‘UNAVALABLE’ banner in red next to everything. This is not any fault of mine as I have installed countless updates in the past. 
Can anyone tell me how to rectify this…and can PLEX consider spending some resources on a real technical support operation where human can converse with human?
