Plex latest update can no longer see my media folders

Just updated to the latest Plex version, I keep my media in /volume1/Media/Videos/Movies and I noticed adding videos doesn’t update the library. So I went into the Plex library settings and see that it can’t see past /volume1/Media anymore for some reason.

Permissions haven’t changed, administrators are allowed read/write access, I did notice that the Plex user is not an admin though I’m not sure if it was before this update. Or if the Plex user needs access to these folders, not sure if it had that either.

Thanks that did the trick. Just curious because I’ve never had this problem before, are Plex updates prone to stripping folder permissions like that?
