Did you guys move your Plex data folder to a different drive perhaps? Directly to the root folder of that drive? If so, check Settings - Server - General - ‘Show Advanced’ “The path where local application data is stored” If there is only a drive letter in there, without a folder name, it must be written like that: D:\ and not just D: (adapt the drive letter to your own system, of course) Covering the basics: The drive in question must be formatted with the NTFS file system.
