The issue I’m facing is between every 2 - 4 hours my server will crash. I have to manually stop the service and start it again. this is happening only after I updated to the latest version of plex. I’m hoping I can downgrade it to a previous version but I can’t find any way to download a package. and anyone points me in the right direction on where to find a.SPK file i can use?

May I see the DEBUG logs ZIP file?
It might not be the PMS version.

Couple questions:
Is this a XPEnology box? It looks like it.
– DS3617xs is a Intel Xeon E3-1230 v2 not an i3-2120 from 2011.
How much memory is installed ?
– There are 26 plug-ins installed. That’s a lot of memory and start/stop.
– The limit for active plug-ins is 6.
I see the server running (and struggling) to scan a lot of media.
In all cases, I see a commanded shutdown ordered from Package Center.
How much of this do I have right so far ?
yes its an Xpenology box,
it has 8 GB ram and never really has more than 12 - 20% utilized
I only have the WebTools Plugin installed and in that there are only 6 plugins installed.
all the starting and stopping you are seeing in the package center is the only way I can get the server back up and running.
the media scanning is from me manually pushing it to scan because it was not finding the new content I put on the server.
this only started happening after I did the update. before I did the update it never missed a beat.

Which version of PMS did you upgrade from?
it would have been the first edition of 1.28
