Issue: There is one tv show that refuses to list it's episodes. In my case it is The Following. I can navigate to "All Shows -> The Following". If I then click on "Season 1" it gives me an error screen saying: "Trailers is unavailable. Try again later."
The sequence in the attached log file is:
  1. Navigate to TV
  2. Navigate to All Shows
  3. Navigate to and select The Following
  4. Select Season 1: Get error message above
  5. Exit to The Following
  6. Exit to All Shows
  7. Select The Following
  8. Select Season 1: Get error message above
  9. Exit to The Following
  10. Exit to All Shows
  11. Select Fringe
  12. Select Season 5: Episodes list fine
  13. Exit to Fringe
  14. Exit to All Shows
  15. Exit and Select On Deck
  16. Navigate and select The Following S01E12 in On Deck. Show plays fine.
  17. Sleep AppleTV

PS: Your work is greatly appreciated. The new interface looks great. One suggestion would be for people to select if the On Deck or All Shows is shown by default.

Could you post a new (small) log file by just recreating the error once and not viewing any other working shows, that log file is 76000 lines long and I'm not reading through all of it :) Stop at step 4 once you get the error,Thanks

Ok, please remove episode 0 from your library and try it again.

That fixed it. Thanks for the quick response.

No problem, assuming you're using thetvdb.com as your metadata scraper then special episodes like that should be added as season 0 like so:-

Create a Season 0 directory then name the file as follows:-

The Following 0x01.mp4  or

The Following S00E01.mp4
