Latest update not working

I have a new update and when I try to manually install it there is an error saying This package is not supported on the platform of DiskStation or is incompatible with the current DSM version, I now can not access my Plex from outside the network., please help

Need more information please.

  1. DiskStation model?
  2. DSM Version ?
  3. Exact file name you have in your possession to install ?

Is it possible to download the previous version (preceding 1.15.876-ad6e39743)?

I am using plex primarily with a 2012 Samsung TV, the app is no longer serviced, and the recent PMS update to 1.15.876 is causing issues.

The Plex downloads link is only providing the most recent version. Understandable but hopefully there is a version history folder you can provide a link to?

Thanks all,ol ones worked as I had them still on my computer, I downloaded a different version of the upgrade and it seemed to work and upgraded.
