Unable to update to latest version

I seem unable to update my plex server from 1.14.1.5488-cc260c476. I get notified that a manual update is available, I download the update, go to my synology nas to install it but I get (see attached)

Can anyone help - this has been going on for months. Every manual update I download, fails to install.

What model is your NAS ?
What Version of DSM is the NAS running?
Which Plex package are you trying to install?

Which Plex package are you trying to install? - 1.16.0.1226 (but any latest version / or upgrade is failing)

I think for that NAS you need this one:

Is that the one you are trying to install?

Cool, I think recently when following the link from with your PMS when it tells you there is an update it does not seem to get the correct version for your NAS
