Latest update Plex for LG TV has (E-)AC3 problems

Plex for LG - Client version: 5.88.1 - Platform version: 6.4.0

Updated the Plex app yesterday to the latest version. Suddenly video’s that worked before, won’t play anymore. They just keep loading. I notice that the video’s that keep loading, have one thing in common: they contain (E-)AC3 audio.
Before the update, these worked just fine. Checking these same video’s on a Google Chromecast or on the pc, they work just fine.

Please fix this or do a roll-back. Plex is now unusable for me for half my library.

Since nobody is replying: how can I contact Plex regarding this bug? Because I can’t find anything to submit bugs.

I have a LG C3 and this started out of nowhere. I have posted my issue and got no replies. Maybe time to jump ship to Jellyfin…

No, I don’t get an error. It just keeps loading, anytime the audio is (e)AC3. Mine is an LG G1.

I also recently got a PS5 and tried Plex on that. But it’s even worse, nothing works and everything keeps loading, even when sound is AAC.
(and even annoyingly keeps playing sound from the Live TV, when browsing through my own media).
