Live TV will no longer play. This is causing the DVR to not record. It is NOT a problem with the tuner card as WinTV plays fine. I also cannot add any new media libraries to Plex. There is no help online for this issue. Everything was working fine until the latest update.
Some more information such as debug logs, exact version which used to work and exact version which no longer works will allow us to help you better.

we will be releasing 1.43.0 in the next couple of days. the transcoder was re-written from the ground up so it may address this issue.
I have installed the 1.43.0 Beta and now the Media Server will not recognize my TV Tuner Card Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD PCI Express TV Tuner Card 1609
I had Live TV and DVR before the 1.42 update. Now I cannot access either.
OK I cannot find a downloadable version of the older software. The provided link gives an error. Is there any way to send a larger than 8MB log file?

WinTV10 software has no issues.
This could be unrelated, but my Tuners (Both Hauppauge WinTV USB Dual tuners) stopped working after the last PMS update (back in December I think) on Win11. I had to reinstall the drivers from the Hauppauge website (can’t remember if they were more recent drivers than originally installed or not). I had to dig out the piece of paper with the registration code on it which came with the tuners. Worth a shot?
