Podcasts not updating with new episodes

Since yesterday (8/23/2020) evening none of my podcasts are updating with new episodes, on Roku, Web, and Phone

Outdated podcasts

Could this be related to your library scan frequency? (Settings → Library) no, Podcasts doesn’t even need your plex server, so this is something that is being triggered on the Plex Inc. backend service. They’re being updated overnight in my case, but 3 hours interval would be more reasonable.
