LG 49UF840V connects to local server but not remote

I have an LG 49UF840V TV (webOS 2.2.3) and two Plex servers in two different locations.
The TV sees my local Plex Server and connects to it without any issue.
But for some reason it can’t connect to my other remote server.

I can connect to that same remote server using my Android phone and my laptop on the same subnet.

I have also tried to delete and reinstall the Plex app with no success.
It’s really a mystery to me, especially since most other topics talk about issue connecting locally…
Short of completely resetting my TV I don’t know what more I can do to try to troubleshoot this.

Look at the TV Network settings, IPv6 disabled and try a different DNS like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

This version os webOS doesn’t seem to support IPv6 (and there are no settings related to IPv6).

Also I checked the DNS settings and the TV is using the same DNS server (the one provided by my ISP) as my laptop and my phone which are working .
