If you’re having this issue, please confirm which model TV you’re having issues with.
Based on the couple models post here this looks like it’s affecting webOS 1 FHD TVs (and some webOS 2 devices). I believe I’ve tracked down the source of the issue, but the model numbers will help confirm.
Unfortunately this issue was missed by LG’s QA and the update was pushed out.

Having the same problem. I wonder what happened:thinking:
. This was supposed to be tested, b4 release.
In the meantime use XPLAY guys, rather than trying to revert back.

We’ve pushed an update to the web app, but there are some caches that will need to expire before it’ll show up. It’s not a package update so it won’t require an update to the app on the webOS.
This is working well on the devices we’ve tested it on, but please let us know if you continue to experience issues with 3.13.28 (as shown in Settings: About).

Today was prompted for an update. After the update. 3.13.27 The font was smaller , layout weird , and only the top half of the screen was used on my 65” LGTV … same issue when playing any file. Uses only top left quarter of the tv screen.
I uninstalled. Reinstalled. Tried wrvything to no avail. Please provide us with a new update ASAP!!!
And yet another. I have tried everything even unstalled plex and reinstalled but to no avail! all started with new app update on lg webos 1.
