This has happened to my LG tv as well, last version was perfect and now getting the same small aspect ration as above
Same problem here… got a message to say that there was an update, so updated the lg tv app. When the problem was there I updated sever and still the same issue. Can we get a fix for this quickly please!

Same here, updated app on LG 1080 OLED TV and it’s using a quarter of the screen.
Did anyone actually test this? 
Another issue I have that has been there for years, is that I have to untick the dts option in the sound setting of the plex app settings on the tv, else no sound plays if the movie has a dts sound track. If I watch the same movie through the Xbox one on the same tv, dts sound works, so I’m assuming it’s a problem with the app on the tv.
Same! I found another chat about this happening months ago, and the solve was that the next day it was fixed. Not very helpful for right now…
Same issue here. Got three very unhappy children at the minute as they are having to watch Sabrina the teenage witch in a quarter of the screen. Anyway to rollback to the last version until this is fixed?
Yeah me too- only half of the height! Very frustrating. I appreciate all the hard work behind this but… test test test! Hope fix issued soon as I have no need for Plex without LG WebOS client )-:

I also seem to be having a problem where I can not watch things that have been recorded off the tuner in my plex server on the LG tv app. My 4 year old is putting up with the 1/4 screen but he has many things that get recorded of normal tv which don’t seem to work now? Anyone else have this issue as well since the update?

How can something happen?
If you do not test your apps before you release them to LG’s update store, quite honestly this should not be fixed I will repay my money from my PLEX Pass through PayPal! That’s a cheek !!! What works here is simply broken with an update! I do not support such programmers … do your JOB right!
