Some kind of resolution issue on my TV

Hello!
After 2 hours of research, TV reset, Plex player & Server reset, I came here to have your help…
Initially, I tried to launch plex on my TV, as usual but it didn’t launch properly. After many tries, I restored the settings of my TV to try.
Plex launched but seems to have a big resolution (Text is displayed smaller than formerly). And when I launch some movie, the displays is placed on the top left corner, (seems like a PiP mode or something)

I tried many many things but cannot manage to find something to solve this.
Have you an idea what caused this issue and how to solve it?

Yes!!! I just came home, turned on my LG TV and experienced this, whats going on! :frowning:

BUT: The last thing I did was to shutdown Plex, and start it back up, that looks to have resolved the issue for now?..

I read OP’s post and it looks like he did try restarting his server too, not sure how I got lucky, at this point I’m afraid of turning off my TV LOL

now I work well! I’d be curious about why this happened?
I suspect that communication with the account server was wrong …

I don’t know why but after several hours my problem has been resolved it self. May be one bug with date/ hour, or D-day bug :slight_smile:

Solved by itself too… This morning all was correct… I don’t understand…
But thanks to you guys, I saw that it wasn’t a setting issue on my side :slight_smile:
