Hello
I have two LG Smart TV one 55C1 and LG 86UN8500.
All was running perfectly and suddenly, C1 got some network unavalaible issues.
I ve looked for solution and disabled IPV6, changed DNS, uninstall plex app on webOS, i managed to recover access to plex.
I linked it to my account but i can’t access my libraries, nor friend’s ones. :frowning:

With my mobile I still have access to my libraries.

I tried with the other TV, and it was working at noon, but no more in the evening, again same network issues, and disabling IPV6 helped and i can access my libraries…

I ve contacted LG support, but of course , for them it’s not WebOS that is responsible for that error.

I ve reset factory settings on C1 but still no libraries

..
help !

Thanks

I’ve found some logs
