Plex LG version 5.29.1
Plex server 1.25.2.5319
Everything was working before 5.29.1 version.
Today after the update is saying server is offline
I tried logout login again same issue.
Plex working in all other devices.

What version of WebOS is on that TV? you may have to make sure the server is set to Preferred Secure connections and the player on TV is set to allow insecure connections.
Plex server is windows
Plex server Connections is Preferred
LG plex settings allow/prefer insecure connections is on same network as server by default. Doesnt work
When i changed the lg plex settings allow/prefer to Always is working.
