LG OLED Buffering 4K

Hello. I have an OLED LG TV and when I try to play a 4K Remux files with DTS audio I can’t play the movie because the video / plex buffering.

I think the problem cause from the audio transcode?

I see a lot people to reedit have the same problem.

Please note I have the Plex Pass. Maybe this create the problem because make Tone Mapping?

Which model LG OLED? Support for DTS stopped after 2018, so I would say Trans coding of the audio maybe causing your issue.

Does your affected content have a different audio available like DD/AC3 or DD+ /EAC3?
