LG player dont show all the shared servers

Hi everyone!

Im having a problem with my plex LG player.

I have been using my plex player with a friend shared server. This friend shares three diferent servers.

It was working perfectly but now i can only see two of theese three servers on my LG player. But on web , phone and tablet players i can see all the servers.

I tried to Connect my account on a Samsung TV and It works ok and the TV shows the three servers.

Then, i think that the problem is on the LG app.

I reset the TV, upgraded (webos 3.1.38) and reinstalled de plex app (3.13.29). But it didnt solved the problem.

The server works ok on other users.

Someone have the same problem or knows how to fix It?

The LG app version you have mentioned is for early LG smart TV’s and sees no love these days.

The current version: 5.21.1 is updated regularly but only supported by WebOS 3 up and UHD TV models only.

I believe your only option is use a box like a Roku, Apple TV or Shield. But if you do have a UHD model there is something wrong.

Ok, your Tv is a UHD model.

Go to Plex app, Start page.

Navigate to your Avatar Top left, open settings.

If I remember correctly there is a Section that mentions OPT in for the Newer software. After This procedure, you will have settings as well at the Bottom of Left menu. You will have to configure your Menu appearance via More and address menu ranking on the start page.

I believe you mentioned you Uninstalled the Plex loader on your 55UF695V-ZA. The Loader version should be: 5.0.1 Plex on Smart TV’s are Web based so will need a good internet connection.

At the TV app i dont have any menú at top left, its top right. Or you mean the app al mobile or computer?

I can do It at the mobile app, but i can see all the servers there, the only place i cant is at the TV app.

Have you opened your LG Plex client?
Have you navigated to the AVATAR at the top of the left menu?
Inside the AVATAR is a settings menu.
Opt in to the new app. 5.21.1
