Works on one LG TV, but not other

I have PMS set up through docker on a dedicated machine. Plex Player works everywhere (web, iOS, Kindle Fire etc) except on LG TV. I have 2 LG TVs (both with latest Plex app). One works fine, but on the other it reports that my Plex server cannot be found. Other services work fine on the TV (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) and the Plex TV, Movies etc all work fine. It is only accessing my PMS that seems to be a problem, on this one device.

I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and back in again, but it makes no difference.

I have a Linksys Velop MX5300 mesh network.

Any things to try would be gratefully appreciated.

Are they both the same model? check the platform version in settings>about of the app

No - they are different models. I should have said that the non-functioning one was working until about 2-3 weeks ago, but don’t know what has changed to stop it working.

try setting tv to allow insecure if it is not
