LG Player Transcoding TrueHD Audio

Player Version#: Plex for LG 5.91.0 / Platform Version 9.2.1

I have a few video files that only have a TrueHD audio stream and when playing these via LG player, Plex Media Server shows that the audio is being transcoded to EAC.
If I tell the player to Force Direct Play the media, audio works fine and the PMS dashboard shows the audio is being played directly.

I’ve tried creating a profile but it seems it is ignored by the player, how can I fix this issue without having to Force Direct Play on each file when it is viewed?
