Noticed this a few weeks ago with different files so not sure it’s related to the server version or the file in use at the time.
Watching a movie last night (The Untouchables in the log file) using the TV app and 4 or 5 times the video paused and the audio continued then a few seconds later the audio stopped then I got a message to say the file could not be played. Other times the video and audio stopped and I got a spinning circle. Checking the dashboard I could see sometimes the file showed as direct play and other times as direct stream. When it failed I just stepped back and clicked resume and it continued.
Using the Plex app on a 4K MAX Firestick plugged in to the same TV the playback was flawless.
Can you get anything from the attached file to figure out what’s going on?
