LG tv "Server Unreachable"

My LG 28" tv will not connect to plex. Won’t even let me log in / link.

Ive followed these steps mentioned in other posts but still “Server Unreachable”

Secure Connections-Preferred
List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth-192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0

Plex server IP: 192.168.1.197
Tv IP: 192.168.1.137

Plex for LG: 3.13.28
webOS: 3.8.0

Plex Media Server: Version 1.20.3.3483

What am I missing?

Also tried -

a) IPv6 not enabled on TV network settings.
b) Restart TV from power source for 2 Minutes

d) Uninstall app from your LG,install again

Make sure you add the servers LAN IP address and port 32400.

Allow Insecure connections on local network.
