LG WebOS - Unable to connect to server

Server Version#:1.20.1.3252
Player Version#: early access - 5.1.3/public - 4.29.9
Platform Version#: WebOS 5.1.1

Hi, I picked up an LG CX over the weekend and have not been able to connect to the plex server I have set up on my local network. I’ve reviewed the forum and spent many hours troubleshooting, based on some suggestions previously posted, but still have not been able to connect to the server. The server as well as the TV are both connected to my network via ethernet cables. Unlike some of the others who have had this issue - switching over to the public player version has not resolved my issue. I do not have issues connecting to my server from other devices on my local network. Below is error message I receive:

“[server] is Current Unavailable. Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection. If you need additional help, please visit https://support.plex.tv for more information”

Below are some of the steps I have attempted already:

  • Uninstall/reinstall Player app (both early access & public)
  • remove TV from server’s list of authorized devices
  • Turned off IPv6 in LG network settings
  • Attempted to manually enter server IP in player
  • Restarted tv and server
  • Changed 'secure connections to ‘disabled’
  • Confirmed “Disable weak TLS versions” was unticked
  • Confirmed “Enable local network discovery (GDM)” was ticked

At this point, I’m kind of at a loss as to what else to attempt. Hopefully someone has some recommendations that can help me.
Thanks!
