LG WebOS Subtitle offset is not working

After I updated to latest plex app for LG WebOS around Jun 2020, I see that Subtitle Offset is ineffective. It will not let subtitle show later or earlier. I checked the same subtitle by offsetting it in my android phone’s plex app and it is working (i.e. subtitle show later or earlier when i change offset) so I am confident that the subtitle I tried is good. Please let me know if you know this is getting fixed in next update, if yes when, if no any suggestions.

Are you running the preview release?

Lack of subtitle offset is mentioned in the LG webOS App Preview thread.

You might try falling back to the old version and see if the capability returns.

• Choose ‘Enable Early Access’ in the user options menu of the current app. If you want to return to the old app, select ‘Leave Early Access’ from the user options menu in the preview version of the app.
  • If you don’t see the option to enter early access, try restarting the app / TV and try again

LG TV: UK6570PUB
WebOS ver: 05.10.50
Plex App ver installed in TV: 2.2.0 updated on 03.17.2020
Plex Client Ver: 5.1.0
Plex Platform Ver: 4.1.0

I went to my Profile in Plex app in the TV and found out I am using Early Access, because, it is giving me option of “Leave Early Access”. If I leave early access this is resolved. I posted this thread to know:

1. if only I am having this issue or this ver is having this issue.
2. If this Ver is having issue, do you know if updated Ver is coming soon and when.

As per your reply, it seems this “Early Access” Ver is having this issue. Please advise if anything else.
