Subtitle offset not working with external subtitles (Synology -> LG WebOS)

Hi, I just started using Plex on my LG TV and it seems like offsetting external subtitles does not work. My subs (.srt) are placed in the same folder as the movie. Plex player displays them with no issues, but it seems like offsetting them does not work at all.

I’ve observed exact same behavior for the “additional subtitles” downloaded via opensubtitles, but sub embedded into .mp4 offset correctly.

Same behaviour here, subtitles offset for OpenSubtitles stopped working when I installed 1.21.2.3918. It was working on the previous version.
