After the last few PMS updates,subs don’t work properly on tv Lg.I have 2 issues ,first in my tv the burn subs was set to always since the beggining 2 years ago.never had any problem.Now my videos keep buffering and stuttering.If I set the subtitles to lmage only it won’t load the subs on the next episode if I let it autoload.When I skip to the next episode manually it loads the subs.The subs are srts.Anyone have the same issue?thanks

Otherwise the forums can drown out your topic. The best things you can do are:
- A clean restart of all hardware
- A topic in that forum describing the issue
- A sample of your media that causes it
- server and player logs in debug mode

Sure but since I’ve had this problem since the [1.17.0.1709] PMS version I don’t really think that it’s the beta version that didi it!
I’m sorry if I sounded impolite. Nothing was meant to imply you did something wrong. All the data you can provide, including what version last worked, is much appreciated.
I’m just trying to get your topic noticed. In a smaller company it’s hard I figure to both write code and read the nearly 200 messages a day here.

I understand that,It’s just that I was in another thread for days and I uploaded the video specs etc.and someone suggested that I should create a new one,so when u told me that I have to do it in another thread ok.the last pms version that worked for me was [1.16.6.1592].Thanks
