I have had to install my server on a new machine (Raspberry Pi 5)
I moved my USB drives containing my drone shots to the new machine.
When I try to scan my libraries nothing happens.
I have permissions 777 on all directories and files.
I have touched(Linux touch) all files after installing the server.
Can anyone help me with suggestions to fix this issue?

When you are adding the library folder to the library and you browse to the root directory of the library, do you see the contents of the directory show up in the browsing dialogue?
I had exactly this issue when I was moving my server to a Linux NUC. The contents did not show even though the directory was mounted and readable from the Linux CLI. If the contents don’t show in Plex, it will not be scanned.
I think a restart of the plex server or maybe a reboot fixed this - the contents became visible in the add folder browser and when I selected the folder it was scanned.
That seemed to be the problem.
Why it happened I don’t know, but patience and a couple of reboots did me good.
