When I select to either; Scan Library Files or Update Library…NOTHING happens. Many new movies are not available because of this. How do I fix?

Edit your library,
go to the “Add Folder” tab
how many folder paths are there?
If there is only one, verify that it’s pointing to a valid location.
If there are more than one, are all folder paths pointing to a location that is:
