Can’t add library because language selection will not open and populate resulting in the only available subsequent option being to cancel. Can’t proceed to next step. It should be noted that I reinstalled server to same windows machine after experiencing playback issues thinking that it might help. I, also, found that one of my libraries’ contents was replaced by the Plex category icons for the meta tags of my folder contents. all of the other libraries seem to have repopulated with the correct contents. I am guessing the DB didn’t rebuild from scratch. I believe that the earlier server was a 32bit and I reinstalled a 64bit on a 64bit machine. ??
I’m having the same issue. I can’t add folders or hit the “advanced” tab on the left. Seems that the Language box may be the holdup but I don’t know why.
Thank you for saying about trying to reinstall the server. I was going to try that route too, but I have WAY too many other libraries that would be affected by this if I were to try to start from scratch.
The odd thing is that I have another computer with a Plex server on it that this doesn’t happen to. I thought that there was some setting difference between the two that was causing the problem. One major difference between the two is that the problem one’s “Agents” only had the “Plex Personal Media” available for all the categories.
