My plex dont work, cant add libraries

i cant use my plex idk why i unnistall and install very much times and dont work i delete the cache on local data and its the same dont work i need help plz i love very much this plataform.

Just restart Plex server (Close & Relauch), resolves this issue for me.

Please note when your selected Language is missing.

This issue seems to happen from time to time and has been an issue for some number of Plex Media Server Versions sadly.

This problem occurred again today for myself, this time there was no Language selector at all. Unlike above, I had to roll back to 1.23.0.4459-20536d6fc for it to appear when trying to add a Library. For Interest I reinstalled 1.23.1.4528-c0513eb4c and I could add a Library.

This problem of trying to add a Library due to missing language has become an annoyance and has been occurring for quite some time.
