I am trying to add a library but the language dropdown is empty, and the next button wont activate

It’s been a problem for a couple months for some people
Some people have said they fixed by disabling their vpn, anti-virus, browser extensions or rolling back to an earlier server version
Stopping and subsequently restarting the Plex server will usually solve the issue.
Don’t forget to reload the web app afterwards.
Use the hosted web app.
I have the same issue on Version 1.32.7.7621 freshly installed (via snap on Ubuntu 23.10 arm64) and after migrating my data from an older server.
- I can’t create a new Library
- I can’t add folders to an existing Library
The issue seems to be the same and linked to the language dropdown being empty. Server restart, connecting directly from localhost, none of the suggested solutions work.
Has anybody found a solution?
