When I logged into my Plex system I noticed that I did not have all of the libraries that I have had uploaded to my Synology NAS server, though I had previously had them. I also noticed that all of my friends that I gave access to no longer had access and remote access was not available. Checking my version, I noticed that I had an update. So I updated it.
Everything appeared to return normal after the update. The next day it went back to where it was with the errors. I restarted my NAS and everything became normal again. A few hours later, it went back into the error space. This time when I reset the NAS the access permissions and the libraries did not return.
What am I doing wrong? I have a static IP address set up for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
