Synology 1815+ running DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6 (up to date)
Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349-7000 (up to date)
The issue started upon update to DSM 7 some months back and I’m just getting back around to it. I have full access, at home, or away via any methods chosen. None of my users have access and receive errors of “ is currently unavailable” or “not authorized”.
I have done quite a bit a few months ago, but starting fresh today, I have:

Updated my DSM and Plex

re-set folder permissions for the PlexMediaServer to read/write for the media folders involved for system internal user

stopped and started plex (a few times)

logged out, and logged into one of the users affected - error was currently unavailable at this point

Noticed manage library access was stated sharing 3 libraries, but didn’t list them, so re-added them within manage library access, it then showed the 3 listed out but stated sharing 6 libraries

Removed friends user, and reinvited them - server was found, but now states ‘not authorized’ (instead of unavailable)

Other users are experiencing the same, it is affecting all users except me
Things I find strange:
I have zero issues accessing my server, both from my home network (phone roku, ipad, computer) and away (phone, ipad, computer) - but others can not access (via plex app, roku, or phones), including the user I’m testing with on the same computer I can view from.
To me that rules out network/dns/browser/server itself (though have changed that user to Chrome and kept mine in firefox so I can quickly compare) and points to a permissions/user issue.
