love the program 
My issue has come about from having to reload and thus having to rescrape for my library.
Previously, i went though and “match” all items that did not auto match, as the naming conventions on my library did not match Plex’s requirements especially in box sets:
\…\aliens collections\ 01_1979_alien.mkv
\02_1981_aliens.mkv
etc…
using another program like Media Center Master (using the trial), the software has gone through and renamed all files, all directories, downloaded art, review and anyother extra’s i had set.
now when i load the library into Plex, it has a 100% hit rate and my plex data/cache file is nowhere near what it was for the nearly 8500 item library.
my suggestion, is to include the type of renaming/sorting and media collation add-in that the other software does so it can all be handled through the Plex interface and not via multiple different systems which would add some serious strain to an average powered ssytem.
