i have Plex server installed on my Nvidia shield.
My Library doesn’t update automatically when there is a change in a folder. I had to do it manually and since yesterday it doesn’t update at all…
A solution? my files are on a nas sinology detected by the Shield
Do you have the settings/server/library set to “Update my library periodically” anything from 15 minutes to daily.
I am pretty sure “Update my library automatically” does not work when the media is not on the same box as the server!!
thanks for your answer. I did it but nothing cause I notices that “Update my library automatically” wasn’t working. It’s strange that it doesn’t work manually cause it was working few days ago
