@trumpy81 If you read carefully the messages i shared with you guys, i mentioned from the beginning that I started to get this issue when i first upgraded to 1.18.x. In fact, release 1.18.0. This mean that I tried several releases from 1.18.x and 1.19.4 without succes. In many cases, i got back to 1.17.x since this release works well for me. Yesterday, I tried 1.21, but i still got the issue.
Now, I followed both procedures to check and repair database with the release 1.17.0.1841, then i follow the upgrade path release by release until i would reach 1.21. Following each upgrade, i do a full scan of my music library. At the end i will check if this fix the issue since you mentioned that fixes could part intermediate releases. Will see
@sa2000 I tried all suggestions from your colleague and even more, and it still does not work. Can I share with you my logs, and we can start from there ?
Deleted media does not disappear from the library unless the trash automatically empties or you manually empty the trash
Could you install the current version of Plex Media Server
Delete some media
Scan the library
Empty the trash for the library
and then refresh the library view
If the media still shows up, please download the logs zip and attach here
I do not see any requests relating to emptying the trash in the logs from December 9th
I would like the logs to cover from time of launch up to the time when you see the problem - so please arrange for a specific test for this with the current version of Plex Media Server
