Friends still seeing old server I deleted

I migrated to a new server and deleted the old one, but my friends are still seeing the old one and it tells them no libraries are available because of this, so they don’t know to pin my new libraries. How do I get rid of the old server from showing on friends’ plex apps?

Have them sign out on all of their devices and then sign back in.

That doesn’t seem to resolve issue.

Do they have the shares Pinned?

If so, Unpin them

Next, go to the server entry and expand it.
Now they can pin the same names under the new server instance.

So with the new Plex app update that released on some devices like Roku and TVs, the old server shows as the default under Libraries, but if you click the 3 dots you can pin the new server, which then allows the new server libraries to show on the Home page, but if you go back to the Libraries page/tab, it still shows the old server alongside the new server. But since the old server is still defaulting, the Libraries page still says no data is available unless the user moves over to the new server.

If they can’t get it to clear (not easy on some devices), go for option 2 – Reinstall app.

When uninstalled, all the existing data (server info) is erased)
Reinstall & sign-in will get the server info you shared with them.
