Library in 3 different pools across 2 QNaps

Server Version#:1.16.6

Hi all,

I currently have 2 QNaps, QNAP & QNap_2. On QNAP I have my TV Shows, then on QNap_2 I have my 1080P video’s on one pool, then my 4K videos on another pool.

I can only get Plex to display the video’s on the same pool that Plex is installed on.

How would I list the other two paths so I can add them to my library?

Below are two screenshots of the path that does work.

Thanks for any help,

Fubie

Stop using the Multimedia share.

Multimedia isn’t a real share. It’s an artificial construction of the QNAP software.

/share/CACHEDEVx_DATA/share-name is the best way to do this.

To bring them all together, Use filestation to make the remote mount for you.

I have never done that on the QNap.

Would you mind telling me the steps to follow?

Thank you

What @ChuckPa means, is that you on the remote QNAP used the QNAP multimedia share, and you should not do that

See: Qnap faq.....read me first! Q14

So start by creating a new share, move your medias, and then try again
