Library missing

I use Plex via NVIDIA Shield. All my Metadata are saved & accessed via USB. This morning my Plex was empty ie. all 5 of my libraries are missing. I updated the Plex Media Server (v.124.0.4930) on the Shield expecting to rectify the issue.

Plex Web shows the ‘friendly name’ of my Plex server, which is the same on my Plex via NVIDIA Shield.

  1. How do I get back my libraries without creating them again?
  2. If I need to create the libraries again, would all the metadata I had previously be transferred to the ‘new library’? I had a lot of Collections created and spent hours organising all my media files.
  3. How do I recreate my libraries again to previous, how do I do that? Was hoping for a magic wand.

I had a power outage and for the life of me I cannot understand how could my libraries and all data be missing. I’ve managed to retrieve my old PMS server data, which had my libraries from 12 months ago.
