I just updated the plex app on my Nvidia shield and now my plex is acting like a brand new server. My current server named “shield” appears to be abandoned and I now have a new empty server named “shield”. How can I get back my previous server and now have to recreate my libraries from scratch?
Just to update this. I had a few other people suggest restoring from a DB backup, but I cannot find the DB backup on the shield (any help here for a non-rooted shield?). It was also suggested to logout, reboot, and log back in, but that did not work either.
Open to any other ideas or how to get access to the backed up DBs.
