Library Not Found on Android phone and NVIDIA Shield

Hi all. Everything was working fine until this morning, when Plex stopped working on both my phone and Nvidia Shield.

On my phone only the side menu loads, but it’s clear there’s no connection to my laptop/library. On my phone it says ‘Library Not Found’ and when I try to load my library it just says its offline.

On Plex on my laptop everything seems fine - everything is viewable and there’s no errors.

I hope someone can help, I’ve tried myself but can’t find any threads with the exact issue I’m facing. Thanks.

Edit: Also I should clarify, all three devices are on the same network. All three were working perfectly yesterday. I’ve tried clearing the cache and force stopping the app, as well as restarting all devices, but no luck.

This seems to be fixed.

For anyone in the same position in the future, I went to Authorised Devices and removed everything and logged back in, and now its working. For now!

Hmm, no, not fixed. Android isn’t working, and whilst I can access things on my NVIDIA Shield, it’s very slow, and my Homepage doesn’t seem to work at all. Could this be something to do with my ISP? I don’t understand why else everything would start to play up randomly. Are there any settings I can check?

Is this all on WiFi? If so have you tried hard wiring up the laptop and the shield? Have you tried restarting your network equipment?

Yes all on WiFi, but I’ve wiring and I’ve also factory reset my router. Anyway, this morning I optimised my database and it seems to be working again, so hopefully this is fine now…
