Library not loading

First of all, this is why you have a beta program. So those of us who aren’t here to be guinea pigs can still have functional products. This is obnoxious as ■■■■ and I find your lack of consideration disrespectful.

Anyway, App version 2025.13.0 on a Pixel 9 Pro running latest security update. Open the app, go to libraries, and observe that it never loads. Just spins and spins and spins, never providing any feedback or errors. I had it on whatever version was installed previously, clearing cache and fully clearing data and logging in again did not fix it. It happens every time I open the app, so highly reproducable.

I’m assuming my inability to load my library is related to why my homescreen is jammed full of on demand things instead of my actual content, but who knows.

Well, found the solution: an old server I had removed earlier this week was still being marked as my favorites in the app (even after clearing all data). I did not see anything about that server reflected in my account on the web, but realizing I could long-press the libraries section and removing the old server libraries, the page works correctly. But what a miserable experience.

Consider checking your Authorized Devices. Filter by Server only and you should find the old server that you can revoke. This will remove your shared server from your own list as well as anyone you may have shared access with. If you do not remove the Authorized Device, all of your users will run into this similar problem. Also keep in mind that if you rebuilt the server that you may need to re-share the replacing server with any accounts intended to still have library access.
