Server is online and operational, ensured they are on the same network, restarted server and PC running server, power cycled router, nothing on the PC end is wrong. App was working fine until 3 days ago when randomly a message displays on my Galaxy Tab “No Libraries Available.” Restarted the app, signed out and back in, redownloaded the app, removed the app from the server and re added it, reset cache in the app, no change.
A little more detail to hopefully help finding an answer, it works perfectly fine on the Chrome Cast that is connected to the same network, also works on an Iphone and Ipad on the network, all on the 5ghz WiFi network. So that narrows it down to the latest app update for the Android players that has only just released the day before the issue started.
If you manually select a library, like movies, will it load? I have a similar issue as you but on iOS where when I cold launch the app, I only get the free content displayed and my libraries are completely borked in the “oops, there’s a problem”. Selecting a library will fix it and the home page will go to normal
Hey mate, when I manually select a library it says “It seems the server you’re trying to access is currently unavailable. It may be offline or experiencing network trouble.” Which is untrue based on the other devices functioning fine.
The fact as well that it is able to see my custom libraries despite the server supposedly being “offline” is interesting as well.
